The consumption of electricity during the stay is the tenant's responsibility. Excess will only be charged if it exceeds 30 kW per day, that is, 210 kW in 7 days. Towels and bedding are for the exclusive use of people, as are sofas and beds. Regarding the cleaning of the home, the client will not be charged, except in the event that the dirt and disorder is notable, in which case €60 will be deducted from the deposit.
